ABOUT
The infrastructure healthcare organizations use to deploy digital programs.
An organization looking to support patients between visits doesn't need a list of apps. It needs a program: the right tools, matched to the right point in the care pathway, accessible to patients and clinical teams, under the organization's own brand, with the governance that comes with it.
What AppGuide brings
AppGuide provides the infrastructure for distributing validated digital health tools. Our clients build their programs on it — diabetes, mental health, women's health, post-operative care, and more — assembling evaluated digital tools and clinical content into structured pathways, then delivering them through the channels they already have.
Why infrastructure rather than a project
Most organizations approach digital health as a project: a committee, an evaluation, a deployment, then nothing for three years. The result ages badly and doesn't replicate.
Infrastructure changes the economics. The first program takes real scoping work; the fifth comes together in weeks, on the same foundation, under the same governance. That's what turns an isolated initiative into a standing capability.
The rigour behind it
What makes the assembly possible is the evaluation work done upstream: [your actual criteria — clinical evidence, security and data governance, user experience, accessibility, vendor viability], carried out by a clinical team, documented, and reviewed over time.
This isn't our product. It's what allows an organization to stand behind what it distributes clinically.
How we got here
AppGuide started in 2018 as TherAppX. We began by evaluating digital tools one at a time, for clinicians who didn't know what to recommend. It became clear quickly that the problem wasn't a lack of information — it was the lack of any way to put that information to work at the scale of an organization.
So we built the platform. As deployments grew, it became the core of what we do, and it's the name we carry today.
