    TherAppX, an innovative company in digital health, is looking for a customer success and digital health tools evaluation specialist to help our clients select the best solutions and ensure the quality of the digital tools we recommend.

    This role is hybrid: you will support our clients in using our business intelligence and digital tool distribution solutions while also evaluating health applications and digital platforms based on our criteria and their specific needs.

    What you'll do

    • Assist clients and healthcare professionals in selecting and integrating health applications that fit their needs.

    • Ensure the adoption and ongoing use of our solutions by providing personalized and proactive support.

    • Evaluate digital health tools based on our rigorous quality and clinical relevance criteria.

    • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success.

    • Organize and lead training sessions and product demonstrations.

    • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our products and services to meet market needs.

    Who we’re looking for

    • Ability to analyze and evaluate digital health tools.

    • Strong communication and client engagement skills for guiding them in choosing and implementing solutions.

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the autonomy to manage multiple projects.

    • Passion for digital health transformation and startup culture.

    Nice-to-haves (not required, but a plus!)

    • Background in healthcare (pharmacy, physiotherapy, nursing, or related fields).

    • Experience in evaluating digital health solutions.

    • Familiarity with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Pipedrive, Google Workspace).

    • Fluency in French and English.

    • Comfort working with databases (Airtable, Excel) and/or basic programming (SQL).

    • Familiarity with generative AI tools.
