to patient resources.

Connect your approved content and support services to a selection of evaluated external resources. Patients find useful starting points through your website, packaging or a leaflet shared by their care team.
At home, someone wants to review how to use their device after the explanation they received at the pharmacy.
AppGuide brings together a manufacturer guide, an evaluated external video and a link to your support team. Each source is clearly identified.
A guide · A video · A support contact
The care team finds the leaflet for this need in AppGuide PRO, then prints it or shares its link. The patient returns to the same resource program at home.

AppGuide handles resource assessment, configuration and updates. Your medical and regulatory teams agree on the scope and review your product content.
Deliverables and indicative timelineThird-party resources are identified separately. We agree on editorial responsibilities and reporting before launch. Program reports use aggregate data; identifiable patient data is not shared with sponsors.
DIN visits, resource openings and provider referrals, by channel.
Treatment understanding, reported usefulness and cost per activation.
Quality, safety and available evidence for each selected resource.
Indicators and follow-up are agreed for each program. Usage, reported experience and clinical effects are assessed separately.
Indicators are selected when we define the project. Usage reporting can be complemented by patient and provider questionnaires or follow-up, depending on the program and rollout phase.
A resource-opening event records a click to access content or an external tool; it does not confirm completion or sustained use. A click toward an appointment does not confirm attendance.
To calculate cost per activation, define which action counts, who is counted and over what period. Agree on how to avoid counting someone twice. Report how many people answered surveys and when. Self-reported time savings and avoided visits are estimates. Clinical or economic effects require a suitable evaluation.
Evidence supporting a tool informs selection; it does not by itself demonstrate an effect of the client program.
AppGuide complements it with a resource destination accessible through your existing channels, including to patients who are not enrolled. The scope is designed around the gaps you want to address.
The indicative 12-week plan covers scoping, configuration, launch and an early usage review. Timing depends on available content, medical review and your level of involvement.
A fixed platform fee reflects the configured scope, with variable fees tied to agreed activation or usage measures. Clinical or economic evaluation is scoped separately when needed.
AppGuide does not sell apps or manage their subscriptions. Third-party resources are assessed against the agreed clinical scope.
Project partners agree who reviews clinical content, approves branded materials and maintains resources.
No identifiable patient data is needed to configure the program. Sponsor reporting is aggregated; data flows and privacy requirements are reviewed when we define the project.
Alongside patient programs, bring your training, clinical content and professional services together in a portal under your brand.
Start with your treatment, the questions patients have and the places where they can find the program.
